Terms of service & disclaimer
For customer and users of service as provided on http://www.kal.in/ and ckal.mobi
1. All predictions carry risk. By using any portion of the content, paid or free, you agree to take full financial or non financial consequences of using these predictions. You are encouraged to set “Stop loss’ limit and book/protect profits
2. A customer coming for more than a three purchases will be deemed to be satisfied with our product quality.
3. If a prediction cannot be given for a certain date, the same product will be given for next possible date.No refund of fees will be made. Intraday prediction can be given during course o f market action or before market opens allowing for 30 minutes for trading action
4. The mapping of day specific tariff and predictions on sale is only indicative. In other words, we retain the right to change dates and customer category i.e map different customer category to diffreent dates ( e.g send on monday or wednesday predictions to profit sharing customers and predictions to Test phase and Happy customers on a different day. But we will not send same prediction to different category of customers at the same time
5. Predictions will be sent only if fee has been credited to our account as per detail on ckal.mobi
6. Onus of making the right payment and in the correct account lies with the customer. Refunds will not be made in case of incorrect amount . After making nay payment customer must send a confirmatory sms with payment details, his name and email address and will receive reconfirmation of his payment
7. You are nor required to provide any card details on this website or by SMS or email to us. For use of our service each customer must have a valid mobile no and email address
8. In case of non receipt of predictions sent by us , customer shall not make any claim for any compensation or a new predictions.
9. Prediction cannot be resold or shared with others
10. In case of prediction under profit sharing scheme, RS 2500 shall be deposited as security. The customer agrees to respect our judgement whether prediction made under profit sharng scheme was a success or not. Customer shall reimburse the net amount. In case of failed prediction, the customer has option of taking refund after deduction of Rs 50 as transfer costs or rolling over the amount for another prediction under profit sharing scheme only
11. Fees are subject to change without notice but customer already committee will not be required to pay higher fees nor will they get refund if fees are lowered
12. All Predictions will be on the main index Sensex/Nifty for purchasers of Indian market servcies and for Dow Jones 30 index for customers operating in US market. Stock specific calls may be given as bonus from to time.Stock specifc calls carries higher risk of failure
13 Our services are most suitable for buying call and put options especailly of main index like nifty,dow jones in futures market rather buying futures market as risk of maximum loss is known and limited from the beginning.Additionally the user is advised to exit allpositions if loss is more than 15% of invested capital.
14. We reserve the right to deny our predictions to any individual or firm without assigning any reason. In case a payment has been made full refund of fees (only) will be done wthin fifteen days
15. First month after formal start of our service may be considered a transition period and customers agree that delays in communication may occur.Notice board on our website ckal.mobi and http://www.kal.in/ will carry important announcements regarding service particulalry new prediction to be posted for different categories of customers
16. Profit sharing schemes: Customers are requested to depost a security fee for taking part in profit sharing predictions. Profit sharing schmes may also be announced for weekly predictionsProfit sharing scheme is available to those who have already used our Test and Happy customer schmes or have used free trial profitably. Additionally they must have a average minimum dalily turnover in Nifty options at Rs 10 lacs or above. However for profit sharing Rs 10 lacs will betaken as baseline
17 As we will send out predictions when they are more likely tobe correct and profit making, our predictions will not posted or sent regulalry. Intra day predictive customers can expect to get prediction within 5 trading days, weekly customer within three weeks and monthly customers within two months , otherwise full fee will be refunded without any deduction
18. corporate fees are different and no more than 10 members will be accepted at any time
